The Digicam policies
Last updated: May 22, 2026. These terms cover The Digicam website, member accounts, credits, and DigiColor digital products.
The Digicam publishes beginner-friendly camera notes, buying guides, setup help, and DigiColor presets. Camera information is provided for research and hobby use, not as a guarantee that a used camera listing is authentic, complete, or safe to buy.
Member accounts may receive free or paid credits. Credits can be used for eligible member-only notes, sample sets, comparison tools, or other unlocks shown on the site. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not a bank balance.
DigiColor preset packs are digital files. A purchase gives you personal use of the files for your own photos. Do not resell, share, repackage, upload, or claim the preset files as your own product.
After a successful checkout, The Digicam sends the digital files to the email used at checkout. Delivery details and refund handling are explained on the Refunds & Delivery page.
Read refunds and deliveryThe Digicam is independent and is not affiliated with Canon, Adobe, Lightroom, or camera manufacturers mentioned on the site. Product names are used to describe compatibility, references, or camera inspiration.
If something does not work, email hello@thedigicam.com. Include the checkout email and a short description so support can find the order and fix the issue.
