Delivery after checkout
DigiColor preset files are sent to the email address entered at Stripe Checkout after payment succeeds. The current G7X pack contains Daylight and Flash preset files plus short setup notes.

DigiColor preset files are sent to the email address entered at Stripe Checkout after payment succeeds. The current G7X pack contains Daylight and Flash preset files plus short setup notes.
Check spam, promotions, and the exact checkout email first. If it still is not there, email hello@thedigicam.com with the checkout email and approximate purchase time.
Digital files are delivered shortly after payment, so completed digital orders are normally not refundable after delivery. If a file is broken, missing, duplicated, or cannot be delivered, support will fix access or review a refund.
If you were charged twice for the same order or the checkout clearly failed but still charged you, contact support. The Digicam will check the Stripe order record and correct the issue.
If a purchased digital file cannot be accessed, email support with the checkout email. The Digicam will check the order and help restore delivery or review the issue.
