Preset delivery

Use this for missing delivery emails, ZIP files that will not open, duplicate order emails, or questions about the Daylight and Flash files in the G7X pack.

Checkout

Use this for duplicate charges, failed checkout, wrong checkout email, or a payment that succeeded but did not create the expected order or credits.

Account credits

Use this if credits did not appear after checkout, a member-only unlock failed, or your account email does not show the expected purchase.

What to include

Send the checkout email, the product or credit pack name, the rough purchase time, and a short description of what happened. Do not send full card numbers.
